Put all the above ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well and let it marinate for an hour. 2. Form it into little balls . At this stage you can either deep fried the meatballs or bake it in a 400 degree F oven until golden brown. ( I deep fried them)

Mix together softened butter with sugar and beat well with a wire whisk or electric beater till light and fluffy.Mix in one egg at a time.Fold in flour and cocoa mixture two to three spoons at a time, taking a little of buttermilk to make a smooth batter.
