Extreme solution represents a team who thought there was a need of home service computer maintenance and opened a virtual organization to provide this service. Here is a short interview with Narayan Koirala who is one of the members of Extreme Solution.
 Me: Who evolved the idea of extreme solution?
Narayan: I was the one who thought of extreme solution. I could see the rising demand of computer maintenance in Pokhara. Since everyone didn't have enough time to take their computers to the maintenance shops, I thought there was a big demand of home maintenance service for computers. I then told my father about this concept and he thought it was a positive thing and it too will help to give me a platform. Then, I shared my idea with my friends (Uttam, Prasant and Narayan) and they thought it was a good idea. Thus, we made up a team of four guys and started extreme solution.
Me: Where did you guys learn about computer maintenance?
Narayan: I have two computers on my home and likewise all my friends too have computers on their home. So we got our first lesson of computer maintenance from our own homes. We too are studying software engineering in Gandaki College of Engineering and Sciences (GCES), so from our academic program too we have learned many things related to computer maintenance. Today we are confident that we can troubleshoot any problem of computers.
Me: Tell me more about your team mates
Narayan: We have four guys Uttam Bhandari, Prasant Poudel, Binod Shrestha and myself in the team. We too have our own fields. Uttam used to work in Pokhara Movies so he is very good in graphic designing, Binod makes websites, Prasant and I have good knowledge of programming. So we have variety of talents in our team. We are thinking of extending our service from computer maintenance to other sectors too.
Me: So, till now how many household you have you service to?
Narayan: It's been just a month that we have started our service. During this time period we have service to 15 households. Most of them are very satisfied.
Me: Do you think this business is fit financially?
Narayan: Yeh!! We think its fit. We have gone to a profit of 1500 in our first month. There is a big market and still we are trying to penetrate our brand name on that market. Many times we gave our service for free as we saw that the problem in computer was of general type though it was a big thing for our client. The biggest thing is that till now we are able to give our client 100% satisfaction.
Me: What is the biggest thing that you have got from Extreme solution?
Narayan: Well, it’s the recognition and appreciation of the idea by the public. I was called by Jiban baral to share my idea with the bachelor students of Pokhara college of Management ( PCM ) in his entrepreneur training session. I felt it was a big honor to our team.
