- By submitting your photograph to Pokharacity Dot Com Pvt Ltd you agree
to grant Pokharacity Dot Com Pvt Ltd the right to publish it and the right
to license others to publish it online and in all other media as required.
- Your entry must entirely be your own original work while not defaming
anyone or breaching any copyrights.
- The decisions of the judges are final and no correspondence or appeals
to them will be allowed. However online voting will also be a factor to
determine the winner.
- Pokharacity Dot Com Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel this
competition at any time.
- Contestant's photos will be judged for: Impact, Creativity, Style,
Composition, Color Harmony, Center of Interest, Lightning and Subject
Matter.
