NFPJ, Kaski chapter made a showcase of more than 70 photographs in Lakeside and chipledhunga area in 22 and 23 February respectively. The photo exhibition got a good number of visitors. Krishna Mani Baral, the president of NFPJ, Kaski said that more than 20000 people visited the exhibition spot and more than twenty five photographs were sold on last day of the exhibition.
The photo exhibition’s photographs were taken by the photo journalist living in different part of Nepal and this exhibition was conducted with the theme “Sundhar Nepal, Shanta Nepal (Beautiful Nepal, Peaceful Nepal). Before Pokhara, this exhibition was already conducted in Kathmandu and Birjung.
Rekha puri, a model and VJ of Golden TV said that this kind of event should be regularly organized as it helps to aware people through photographs.
